Focusing on the reception area of the clinic’s lobby, I aided in the process of designing a functional, yet exciting area for clinic users reception clerks. Using the client’s standards, we configured a sleek yet private ADA accessible desk, a textured background wall with the logo of the clinic mounted on, and a bright portal into the rest of the clinic suite to enliven the space for children. Additionally, I began to select specific finishes from the standard finish collection to be placed in the reception area as well as in the supporting spaces of the clinic.
