Beginning by researching the history of King’s Mill’s Factory, located in King’s Mills Ohio, I identified the story that is aimed to tell through creating a museum on the site. Using the abandoned parking garage, I designed a two-story museum space accompanied with a lobby, meeting rooms, offices, and conference/ art rooms. Through this, I began to understand and think about new ways of display and interactive exhibitions and how that can begin to tell a story of the past.
